My journey into chiropractic care began with a personal struggle—one that many of my patients can relate to. During my undergraduate years, I experienced severe back pain after a simple movement: picking up my backpack. What started as discomfort quickly became excruciating pain radiating down my right leg, affecting my ability to move, focus, and live normally.
I initially turned to muscle relaxers and painkillers prescribed by my primary care doctor, hoping for relief. But after six months of persistent pain, I realized that medication was only masking the symptoms—not addressing the root cause. Out of desperation, I sought help from a chiropractor—a decision that changed my life forever.
To my surprise and immense relief, chiropractic treatment restored normal function to my lower back and completely eliminated my leg pain. More than that, it opened my eyes to the body’s incredible ability to heal naturally—without relying on medication or surgery
